Return & Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Returns can be considered in the case of wrong or damaged products delivered only. A return should be made within a resalable timeframe (48 hours) and in the original packaging after delivery. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will replace the particular item.

​ In case you want to cancel the order or request refund of fee, contact Partspick.in or send an email to us with reason for refund or cancel. Placed orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours. In the event of a cancellation request submitted after 24 hours of placing the order, the amount paid by the customer shall be refunded after deduction of payment gateway charges. The date of first payment for an order will be treated as the ‘Date of Placing the Order’.
